Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of hosting, domain, VPS, cloud storage and related services provided by AGRI-TECH ORGANICS (PNG) LIMITED. By ordering or using our services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Billing and renewals

Services are billed in advance in PNG Kina for the chosen billing cycle and renew automatically unless cancelled. Invoices are due by the due date shown. Unpaid services may be suspended and later terminated as described in your invoice reminders.

3. Domains

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and ICANN. Domains must be renewed before expiry; restoration fees may apply after expiry. Registrant details must be accurate.

4. Refunds

Shared hosting may be cancelled within the money-back period shown on our website for a refund of the hosting fee. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers and setup fees are non-refundable.

5. Backups

We perform regular backups as a courtesy, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your data.

6. Service availability

We aim for the uptime stated on our website and schedule maintenance to minimise disruption. Service credits, where offered, are your sole remedy for downtime.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous three months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page.
