Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all services provided by AGRI-TECH ORGANICS (PNG) LIMITED. It protects our customers, our network and the wider internet.

Not permitted

• Illegal content or activity under the laws of Papua New Guinea or the country where our servers are located.
• Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, open proxies or mail relays.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
• Attacks on other systems, port scanning or attempts to bypass security.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting, or using resources in a way that degrades service for others.

Enforcement

We may suspend services that breach this policy, with or without notice where there is risk to others. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination without refund.
